At first I didn’t realize the bananas were meant to simply go on top and added the bananas into the sauce pan and was delicious!!
I used 2 tsp Mexican vanilla instead of the vanilla extract listed. (The pudding turns out kind of a gray unappealing color, too.) The cream could have made this thicken too much. So why not be extra?
